*The approximate duration of the excursion is 6 hours.

Ancient Corinth is one of the main sights of the region. It is here that Paul the Apostle has written the Epistle to the Corinthians. And in the old town there is a pedestal preserved – from here Paul addressed the townspeople.

During this excursion we’ll visit the archaeological area of ancient Corinth, the Temple of Apollo, the remains of Pirene, the main source of drinking water for the town, and many other well-preserved ancient structures.

Then we’ll climb to Acrocorinth fortress which existed as early as at the times of Byzantium and which was used until XIX century. Here we can walk amid military structures, amazed by their sizes and by splendid view over the Isthmus of Corinth.
